In this role, you will create memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering attentive, personalized service in a sophisticated environment. Your expertise in food presentation, customer relations, and efficient operations will ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills while working in a lively, upscale setting that values professionalism and enthusiasm. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service throughout their dining experience Present menus, recommend dishes, and upsell specialty items to enhance guest satisfaction and sales Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Handle food handling and sanitation procedures according to safety standards to maintain cleanliness and food quality Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive experience Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to maintain smooth operations Utilize reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements efficiently Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, wine pairings, and current promotions to maximize sales opportunities Skills Proven experience in fine dining service or upscale restaurant environments Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle guest needs professionally Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining genuine guest engagement Background in food industry standards such as food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling techniques Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, and supporting kitchen operations Familiarity with nightclub or hospitality settings is advantageous for dynamic service environments Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and accurate order processing Strong guest relations skills with a focus on hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction Join us in delivering unforgettable dining experiences!
