Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system such as restaurant manager asensuring quick and efficient processing Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accountability for all sales Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders and address any special dietary needs or requests Requirements Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with guests Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations.
