Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available Pineville Hospitality is looking for friendly, dependable, and guest-focused Breakfast Servers to join our team at the Hilton Garden Inn Pineville. As a Breakfast Server, you will help create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our hotel guests. We are looking for team members who enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude, and take pride in providing excellent service. Position Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service Set up and maintain the breakfast dining area Take guest orders and accurately enter them using the Toast POS system Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally Monitor the buffet and dining area and replenish items as needed Clear and reset tables throughout the breakfast service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area Assist with basic food and beverage preparation as needed Ensure guests have everything they need for an enjoyable breakfast experience Answer guest questions about menu items and hotel breakfast offerings Process payments accurately through the Toast system Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hotel service standards Communicate guest needs and concerns to the appropriate team members Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned Qualifications Previous restaurant, hotel, or customer service experience preferred Toast POS experience preferred Friendly and outgoing personality Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable and dependable attendance Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Must be comfortable handling food and maintaining proper sanitation standards Schedule Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available Breakfast shifts are primarily morning hours , with scheduling based on hotel occupancy and operational needs.
