You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a positive atmosphere in our fine dining establishment. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders using POS systems or OpenTable software. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests, providing help as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals. Process payments accurately using cash registers or POS systems. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service. Uphold all health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment. Skills Strong customer service skills with a passion for guest satisfaction. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently. Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, especially in fine dining settings. Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members. Proficient in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Knowledge of guest services principles to enhance the dining experience.
