Job Overview We are seeking energetic and motivated High Volume Servers to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your enthusiasm and efficiency will help create a vibrant dining experience that keeps guests coming back. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS systems Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy hours Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas in compliance with sanitation standards Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in high-volume settings Strong knowledge of Toast POS and Toast Tables for reservation management Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently during peak hours Culinary experience or familiarity with food preparation enhances service quality Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation practices Skilled in upselling techniques, cash handling, basic math, and guest relations Previous host/hostess or serving experience preferred for seamless guest interactions Join us at Trophy Five Points where your energy fuels unforgettable dining moments!
