In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our guests during evening hours, ensuring a memorable dining experience while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and guest relations. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements using open table reservation systems such as OpenTable. Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS, while upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper food handling, sanitation, and presentation standards are met at all times. Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering duties with attention to basic math accuracy and POS transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, including bussing tables and assisting with food preparation when needed. Uphold food safety regulations and sanitation standards in accordance with health department guidelines. Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and fostering positive guest relations throughout the shift. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order processing. Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety protocols. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously. Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours. Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities. Prior experience in serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles within the food industry is highly desirable.
