Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional guest service from seating to departure Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Process all sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments, ensuring accuracy and security Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Assist with food handling, preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction Follow food safety protocols and sanitation standards consistently to uphold health regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service timing and quality assurance Support opening or closing procedures for POS systems like OpenTable or other reservation platforms Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings demonstrates adaptability to diverse service styles Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service enhances guest interactions Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently during busy hours Background in food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and guest-focused approach Ability to process cash transactions accurately while maintaining professionalism under pressure Join us in creating lively atmospheres where guests feel welcomed and valued!
