- Greet and serve guests in a friendly, efficient manner
- Maintain a strong understanding of kitchen operations, food cost, and portion control
- Take food and beverage orders and ensure accuracy in the order process
- Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Assist in setup and breakdown of the breakfast area
- Work as a team with other servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations
Requirements:
- Must be able to start at 5 AM
- Personable and approachable
