Located directly on the water and with award winning menu items, Fishy Fishy is one of Southport's favorites for locals and visitors alike. Experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidate. •All positions include hourly wage plus tips! •As a Host you will.. Greet guests as they come in, and thank them as they leave. Assign and walk guests to their tables with menus and silverware. Keep restrooms stocked, swept, and take out small trash bags. Stock and help guests with retail. Keep glass on front and back doors clean. As a Busser you will.. Assist the servers and bartenders. (Bottle beer, kegs, etc.) Keep ice and cups stocked throughout the shift. Clean tables in between guests. Take dirty bus bins, cups, and glassware to their assigned areas to be washed. Keep floors clean and swept. Take out trash and recycle. As a Food Runner you will.. Learn and differentiate menu items. Read tickets and build orders. Run food to tables and make sure they are correct. Watch ticket times. Keep area clean and restocked. Check dates and label new items appropriately. •All positions include hourly wage plus tips! •
