Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have a keen ability to work collaboratively with colleagues. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality food and beverage service. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aldelo POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated effectively to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation. Sanitate tables and dining areas between guests to ensure cleanliness and hygiene. Buss tables promptly after guests leave, preparing them for the next patrons. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring all payments are processed correctly. Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow during peak hours. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of cash handling is beneficial. Familiarity with food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
