Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring proper presentation and quality Process cash and card transactions accurately while maintaining balanced cash drawers at shift end Upsell menu items and beverage options to enhance guest experience and increase sales revenue Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas quickly, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure seamless service flow Qualifications Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments is highly preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Experience with cocktail making, spirits, wine knowledge, and beverage service techniques Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle guest inquiries professionally Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and handling cash confidently Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling practices Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential Embark on a rewarding journey where your dedication transforms ordinary moments into extraordinary guest experiences!
