Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Handle food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures diligently Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately through POS systems like OpenTable or cashiering tools Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests and create memorable experiences Knowledge of food industry standards related to sanitation, food safety, and proper food handling practices Experience in upselling menu items and managing sales targets effectively Ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service levels Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your enthusiasm makes every guest's visit extraordinary!
