The Expo plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and with exceptional service. This position requires a passion for food and hospitality, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff. Duties Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately. Ensure that all food orders are complete and presented beautifully before serving to guests. Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to communicate order details and special requests. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any needs or concerns. Adhere to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times. Support the overall operations of the restaurant by assisting with various tasks as needed. Skills Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and guests. A background in hospitality, banquet service, or food service is a plus. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
