Server - Concorde Espresso Bar (Porters Neck)

Servers (Night Shift) Concorde Espresso Bar is looking for hospitality-focused team members to join our opening team in Porters Neck. This is not a traditional serving position. Our servers are cross-trained in multiple areas of the business and play a major role in creating the overall guest experience. This role combines elements of food running, cocktail service, guest interaction, and bar support in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities:

Deliver drinks and menu items quickly and efficiently Interact with guests and maintain an upbeat atmosphere Assist bartenders and baristas during service Support bar operations through cross-training Keep service areas clean, stocked, and organized Help maintain the flow of nightly operations

What We're Looking For:

Friendly, energetic, and outgoing personalities Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to work rain or shine Comfortable being on your feet and walking approximately 30,000 steps per shift Strong communication and teamwork skills Hospitality experience preferred but not required Must be available nights and weekends

Pay:

$5-$7/hour plus tips Average earnings of $25-$33 per hour with tips. If you enjoy nightlife, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to meet you. Opening soon in Porters Neck.
