We're a locally owned, full-service restaurant serving breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, desserts, and specialty coffee. Whether you're working a lively weekend brunch or an evening dinner shift, you'll help guests explore our menu, find their favorites, and enjoy an experience worth coming back for. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and clear expectations so you can feel confident on the floor. We're looking for people who take pride in their work, support their teammates, and are ready to learn. What You'll Do Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service from arrival to departure. Learn our menus and specials to answer questions and make recommendations. Take accurate orders and clearly communicate guest requests to the kitchen. Deliver food and drinks promptly, checking accuracy and presentation. Anticipate guests' needs, check back throughout their visit, and involve a manager when additional support is needed. Work with hosts, bakery staff, the kitchen, and fellow servers to keep service running smoothly. Complete side work and keep dining areas and service stations clean, stocked, and organized. Step in to help teammates and contribute to a positive guest experience. What We're Looking For A friendly personality and a strong commitment to hospitality. Clear communication skills and attention to detail. The ability to stay organized while serving several tables in a busy restaurant. Dependability and a willingness to help wherever needed. A positive response to coaching and an interest in developing your skills. Availability for both daytime and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
