Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Operate a Clover POS system to process transactions accurately and swiftly. Serve customers with enthusiasm, upselling menu items to enhance their experience and increase sales. Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations. Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed. Assist in food prep tasks, including slicing, packaging, and organizing ingredients for quick service. Support team members in various roles such as food service, cashiering, or kitchen assistance to ensure smooth daily operations. Experience Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food industry standards enhances your ability to succeed. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours. Customer service experience that demonstrates your ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations are essential. Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation practices ensures a safe environment for both staff and customers.
