Whether you're delivering meals, refilling drinks, helping a teammate, or creating moments that keep guests coming back, you'll play an important role in every visit. If you enjoy staying busy, working alongside an incredible team, and making great money while helping build Bismarck's newest riverfront destination, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality and presentation. Welcome guests, answer questions, and help create a warm, memorable dining experience. Monitor the dining room/your section, suggestively sell, refill drinks, clear tables, and anticipate guest needs. Work closely with the kitchen, bartenders, and fellow team members to keep service running smoothly. Jump in wherever needed—running food, bussing tables, stocking stations, or assisting teammates. Maintain clean, organized dining and service areas. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards. Help ensure every guest leaves excited to return. Qualifications Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required. Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Positive attitude with a team-first mindset. Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reliable with flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 30 pounds.
