Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server Team Member and become a vital part of delivering exceptional food service experiences! Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems serve food items efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all food preparation and service areas Assist with food safety procedures, including proper food handling and sanitation practices Clear tables promptly by bussing, resetting for new guests, and supporting overall restaurant flow Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation when needed, ensuring smooth operations Requirements Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or related retail environments is preferred but not required Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math calculations Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with serving, bussing, or cashiering in a restaurant or café environment is advantageous Willingness to learn new skills related to the food industry and improve sales techniques Join us as a Server Team Member where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
