Job duties include greeting guests, making our members and guests feel welcome and important, taking and understanding orders efficiently, setting and waiting tables, bartending, light-duty food prep/service (making salads, sandwiches, wraps, frozen pizzas, fried foods, or other prepared items during off-peak/slower times), bartending, keeping a clean work space and cleanup at EOD, working well with others including the culinary team, working the beverage cart or beverage station, working the seasonal restaurant (in addition to year-round restaurant), understanding and providing exceptional service - with a smile! You are most often working with at least one other person in each service area. Training will be provided by our Culinary Team & Executive Chef, as well as Management, in each area that is required.
