We're all about training the right people who want to learn. What You'll Be Doing Serving up slow-smoked BBQ and cold drinks with speed, accuracy, and genuine hospitality to our in-house customers. Teaming up with bartenders, kitchen crew, and fellow servers to keep things flowing smoothly. Keeping your section looking sharp and always clean, well-stocked, and ready for whatever the night throws your way. Owning the guest experience from start to finish and making it fun. What you'll need Bring a positive attitude and energy every day Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced team atmosphere Fulfill all training and certification obligations on time and as assigned Consistent eagerness to listen, learn, apply knowledge, and accept critical feedback Approach daily tasks, projects, and follow-up communication with energy and sense of urgency Ability to work a varied schedule to include weekends, evenings, holidays, and scheduled training meetings Ability to apply concepts of basic math, grammar, punctuation and spelling Experience & Requirements Required when needed, the ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays.
