JOB SUMMARY
Brew Brothers Servers are responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. Servers are responsible for serving guests in designated outlet according to the service specifications of that outlet to provide the guests with an outstanding dining experience. Attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to providing excellent guest experience are key aspects of this role.
HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
Adhere to department service standards of being accommodating, accurate, and attentive Interact effectively and courteously with all guests and employees and demonstrate resiliency to deal with difficult situations in all types of business conditions Provides superior guest service, positively affects interactions with guests and employees, can deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions and can work effectively and courteously with fellow team members Responsible for complete and accurate set-up and breakdown of the dining room in a timely manner Assure the efficient smooth serving of guests in a timely manner, as outlined in the Brews Brothers Playbook Performs other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Must be 19 years of age or older Proficient in English verbal and written Proficient with iOS devices Flexible working various shifts, days, weekends, and holidays Must have a High School Diploma or
GED ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to push and pull up to 40 pounds Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period Must be able to run their own table timing Must be able to work well with others and in a team environment
