Provide Precision Service:

Guide guests through their dining experience with warm professionalism, active menu knowledge, and impeccable timing.

Demonstrate Culinary Expertise:

Explain steak cuts, cooking temperatures, daily specials, and ingredient profiles with confidence.

Pair & Suggest:

Recommend wine, craft cocktail, and dessert pairings to elevate the meal and boost check averages.

Maintain High Standards:

Execute multi-course table steps of service—including table staging, wine service, crumbing, and pacing—with smooth efficiency.

Collaborate:

Partner closely with our kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are accurate, special requests are accommodated, and service runs seamlessly. What We're Looking For

Experience:

Prior experience in high-end, fine dining, or premium steakhouse environments is strongly preferred.

Menu & Wine Knowledge:

Familiarity with steakhouse offerings, spirit profiles, and wine service etiquette.

Hospitality Mindset:

Strong interpersonal skills, a clean-cut professional presentation, and a dynamic personality that thrives in a high-volume atmosphere.

Efficiency & Detail:

Ability to multitask multi-table sections while maintaining poise, speed, and strict attention to detail.

Certification:
