Kinkaider Brewing Company/Bierhaus Maisschaler is looking for Servers to help us deliver top-notch hospitality at our newest dual-concept location. We're not fine dining — we're a brewery-meets-bierhaus experience , serving hearty American pub favorites alongside German-inspired classics, all paired with Nebraska's best craft beer. We're expanding and want energetic, people-focused team members who love connecting with guests and being part of a fast-growing brewery family. Responsibilities To succeed as a bartender, you should have a neat appearance and an engaging, friendly personality. You should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable. What You'll Be Doing As a Server, you'll be the face of our dual-concept restaurant, making sure guests enjoy both our food and our craft beer to the fullest.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting guests warmly and making them feel welcome. Guiding guests through our dual menus (American classics + Bierhaus specialties). Educating guests on our craft beers and making pairing suggestions. Taking accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system. Delivering food and drinks quickly and correctly. Checking in with guests and anticipating their needs. Handling cash and card payments with accuracy. Maintaining a clean, organized section and helping your team where needed.
