Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server and become a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! In this energetic role, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing attentive and friendly service to guests while ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm. Your culinary knowledge, and excellent customer service skills will help create memorable moments for every guest. Whether guiding guests through menu selections or managing multiple tables seamlessly, you'll play a key role in fostering a lively and welcoming atmosphere that keeps patrons coming back. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality talents in a fast-paced, fine dining or nightlife environment. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience Assist with food handling, basic math calculations for bills, cash handling, and cashiering duties Support restaurant operations by bussing tables, resetting stations, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with sanitation standards Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and billing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and warmly Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus to better understand menu items and preparation processes Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue Previous host/hostess or serving experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided if needed Join us to deliver outstanding service in a vibrant environment where your energy makes a difference!
