Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Event Server, where your enthusiasm and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, addressing their needs promptly and professionally. Buss tables by clearing dishes, resetting tables, and maintaining a tidy dining area to enhance the guest experience. Support catering operations by assisting with food handling, portioning, and adhering to food safety standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event flow, including managing guest relations and resolving any issues that arise. Follow all food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures to maintain high standards of hygiene. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality setting is preferred, especially in banquet or catering environments. Culinary experience or restaurant background will be advantageous for understanding food presentation and service standards. Demonstrated ability in guest services, with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential. Experience with bussing, serving, or supporting food service operations at hotels or restaurants is highly desirable. Familiarity with event setups, food preparation, and catering logistics will help you excel in this role.
