Starting Pay:
$15.00+ per hour, based on experience Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking a Server to join our dining services team at Hillcrest Cottages in Papillion, NE. Our goal at Hillcrest Cottages is to provide a welcoming, comfortable dining experience for our residents while supporting our mission of inspiring people to live their best lives. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping others, working as part of a team, and making a positive impact during each shift. What You'll Get to Do Serve meals to residents in a friendly, timely, and respectful manner Assist with dining room setup, service, and cleanup Help create a positive and welcoming dining experience Follow food safety, sanitation, and service standards Support residents, guests, and team members with kindness and professionalism Work closely with the dining services team to ensure quality service What We're Looking For A friendly, dependable team member with a heart for serving others Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Previous serving, food service, or senior living experience preferred, but not required STAR mentality: Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful Why Hillcrest?
