Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server, where your enthusiasm and exceptional customer service skills will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your culinary knowledge and beverage expertise will help elevate the dining experience, making each guest feel valued and satisfied. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in sales transactions processing Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations, including food handling and food preparation protocols Assist with bussing tables, resetting stations, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably with fine dining experience Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts and multitask efficiently Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and handling cash transactions Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with serving guests in a fast-paced environment; host/hostess or bussing experience is advantageous Join us to deliver exceptional service that delights our guests!
