Located in Hanover, our restaurant provides a lively atmosphere where exceptional customer service and delicious food are at the forefront of our mission. As a Server, you will play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell specials to enhance the dining experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours. Requirements Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is beneficial.
