In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding guest service, expertly handle food and beverage orders, mix drinks and create memorable moments for every guest. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Bartending experience required Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct entry Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain sanitation standards by adhering to food safety protocols, proper food handling, and sanitation procedures Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, washing dishes and supporting kitchen staff when needed Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during busy hours. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred. Bartending experience required. Familiarity with POS systems. Experience with guest services, host/host duties, or food industry roles enhances your ability to excel in this position Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques is essential Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume service periods Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations are required kitchen experience.
