Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, adhering strictly to food safety sanitizing procedures Provide exceptional in-person customer service by serving guests promptly and courteously Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems while managing dietary requests and dietary restrictions Assist with food safety management practices, ensuring compliance with all health regulations and protocols Support banquet and catering events by setting up tables, serving guests, and managing food presentation Engage in food handling activities that promote quality and safety standards across all service areas Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere through friendly interactions and attentive service Experience Prior experience in food industry roles such as restaurant server, bartender, barista or catering staff is highly valued Demonstrated knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling best practices Experience working with POS systems for processing transactions efficiently Familiarity with wine knowledge or beverage service adds value to the role Background in hospitality or customer service environments that require active engagement with guests Banquet or large event experience is a plus for supporting special functions Culinary experience or training that highlights proficiency in food preparation and presentation Previous roles involving dietary aide responsibilities or catering enhance suitability for this position Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering top-tier service while honing your skills across multiple facets of the food industry.
