Job Description

Seeking an outgoing personality, hospitality oriented and highly talented individual to help serve our guest. Greet all guest immediately when they come in and when they are leaving. Thank the guest and invite them to return. Seat guest appropriately and present them with the menu. Observe tables and take note of dirty, clean and occupied tables. Bartend , take orders, refill beverages and coffee, bussing and resetting tables. Keep the host area stocked and clean. Answer the phone about questions regarding menu items and hours of operation. Be aware of the occupancy levels and peak business periods. Ensure guest satisfaction and speak with confidence in a pleasant tone, deliver exceptional guest service. Part time, Monday through Friday shifts 10:00am - 3:00pm.
