As a server, you'll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring guests feel welcomed, attended to, and satisfied from start to finish. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Toast Upsell menu items such as drinks, desserts, or specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards. Process cash and card transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy at all times. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards. Assist with bussing tables and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm counts! Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service enhances your ability to serve confidently. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with good time management skills. Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately. Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is advantageous but not required; a willingness to learn is key!
