Variable Hours (swing shift/late-night shift) with Weekends and Holiday's required Job Responsibilities Greet each table according to sequence‑of‑service standards, offering your name and support throughout the dining experience. Interact with guests using a friendly, upbeat personality while establishing rapport with Steakhouse patrons. Provide BIG Service by anticipating guest needs and maintaining professionalism with all guests, including those who may be upset or challenging. Maintain full and current knowledge of all menu items, Chef's specials, cocktails, wine lists, and daily changes. Accurately record and place food and beverage orders, ensuring timing and coordination with the kitchen and bar teams. Provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding menu items, wine pairings, cocktails, and specialty offerings. Maintain an orderly and clean dining room, including table surfaces, server prep areas, coolers, wells, sinks, and lounge spaces. Maintain inventory of serving ware, flatware, glassware, garnishes, ice, and service supplies throughout the shift. Complete all opening, closing, and side‑work duties according to room standards and checklists. Balance cash drawer during the shift, ensure accurate payment processing, and maintain bank security. Assist with training and mentoring new Team Members when requested. Education and Minimum Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Fine dining experience preferred. Must be 21 years of age or older. Must successfully pass all required background checks. Must obtain and maintain all required work cards, alcohol awareness certifications, and non‑gaming registrations as required by local jurisdiction. Physical Demands / Working Conditions Ability to move throughout the dining room, bar, and service areas for the duration of the shift. Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and perform repetitive motions. Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, and balance as required in a fine‑dining setting. Ability to tolerate temperature changes and frequent immersion of hands in water, cleaning agents, and sanitizing solutions. Ability to read, interpret, and input information into POS and computer systems. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and respond to visual and auditory cues. Work environment may include loud noise, guest chatter, overhead music, live entertainment, and areas where smoking is permitted. Manual dexterity required to operate POS systems, glasswashers, utensils, and service equipment. Requires hand-eye coordination and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols.
