In this lively role, you'll be the friendly face welcoming guests, managing seating arrangements, and ensuring smooth service flow by assisting with food delivery and table clearing. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent in-person customer service and guiding them to their tables efficiently Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction Assist servers by delivering food promptly from the kitchen to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are maintained Clear tables swiftly and efficiently, bussing dishes and resetting for new guests while maintaining cleanliness standards through regular cleaning duties Support the kitchen team with basic food handling, preparation assistance, or light cleaning as needed to uphold food safety standards Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, chairs, or supplies using safe lifting practices to prevent injury Accurate operation of the reservation system, Resy, for hosts. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is not required, willing to train the right people Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques Ability to perform manual handling tasks as assigned Experience with kitchen operations or culinary environments is a plus Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through energetic service, teamwork, and a commitment to service.
