We are currently open and developing first class gaming venues in Rochester, Hampton, and Littleton. What You'll Expect As a Server, you'll create a great guest experience by taking food and drink orders, delivering items promptly, maintaining clean tables, and ensuring guests' needs are exceeded. You'll work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional hospitality. What You'll Do Greet guests, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve items promptly Verify guest IDs for alcohol service per NH state regulations Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked stations throughout the shift Upsell menu items and premium beverage options Answer questions about food and drinks, including ingredients and preparation Maintain table appearance, pre-bus, refill drinks, and reset tables Follow proper food handling, storage, and alcohol awareness procedures Report guest concerns or issues promptly to the Manager on Duty What You'll Bring Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. Memory skills to recall orders and menu details under pressure What We Require Must be 18+ years old and meet legal/company alcohol service standards Must be able to work in a loud, smoky environment with potential exposure to chemicals and temperature extremes Nights, weekends, and holiday availability required Tip pooling is optional/voluntary for tipped employees
