Overview We are seeking energetic and motivated Openers and Crew Members to join our team at our busy café location. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be the first face our customers see, helping to start their day with great service and quality products. If you thrive in a lively environment and enjoy working with people, this is the perfect position for you! Duties Friendly & Fast - Greet guests with a smile and ensure a delightful experience. Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, accurate service as they place orders for coffee, food, and beverages Thoughtful - Work seamlessly with team members to create a great atmosphere. Resourceful-Multitask as you, Brew coffee, prepare sandwich and package delicious donuts and serve them promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces Follow food safety protocols, including proper food handling, preparation, and sanitation procedures Assist with opening duties such as setting up registers, preparing ingredients, and ensuring the café is ready for customers, Requirements Positive attitude: Bring your sunny disposition to work every day!
