In this role, you'll support our Food & Beverage team by ensuring food and beverages are delivered promptly, tables are maintained, and guests receive attentive, courteous service from start to finish. From assisting servers to keeping dining areas organized and prepared, you'll play an important role in creating a positive guest experience every day. What You'll Do Greet guests with a friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude Assist servers by organizing tickets and delivering food and beverages accurately and efficiently Ensure orders include the correct condiments, garnishes, and accompaniments Refill water and non-alcoholic beverages and assist with guest needs Clear, clean, and sanitize tables while maintaining a positive guest experience Assist with stocking, side work, and maintaining clean, organized work areas Support hosts, servers, and team members as needed during busy service periods Follow health, safety, sanitation, and departmental standards at all times What We're Looking For Hospitality and/or customer service experience is a plus Food handling experience preferred Dependable, reliable, and friendly with a team-first attitude Strong communication and guest service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Flexible availability, including holidays and varying schedules as needed Must be 18 years of age or older Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds Why Join Us $15.00 per hour plus tips 100% employee-owned - your work supports your team 35% of revenue goes to charity - your job makes a difference Fast-paced, collaborative environment Opportunities to grow within a values-driven organization Support great service.
