Server/Waiter

Job Overview We are seeking an experiences and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have experience in the food industry. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring efficient service and adherence to food safety standards. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations, while effectively upselling menu items. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that all orders are delivered accurately and to the guests' satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing cash handling procedures. Adhere to all sanitation and food safety guidelines to ensure guest health and safety. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours. Knowledge of food handling procedures and sanitation practices within the food service industry. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated during shifts.
