Job Summary A Banquet Server is responsible for providing high-quality food and beverage service during events hosted at the conference center. This role ensures guests receive prompt, courteous service while maintaining a clean and organized event environment. Key Responsibilities Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications (tables, linens, place settings, décor). Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner. Follow event timelines and service standards as directed by supervisors. Clear tables, remove dishes, and reset areas efficiently during and after events. Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and event coordinators. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests promptly. Handle glassware, dishes, and equipment carefully to prevent breakage. Assist with post-event cleanup and room reset. Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Capability to lift and carry trays, tables, and equipment (up to 25 lbs).
