• Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, offering suggestions and answering any questions.

Accurately take orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables. Maintain a clean and organized service area, adhering to health and safety standards. Assist in setting up and breaking down tables, as well as preparing the dining area for service. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Handle guest requests and concerns promptly, escalating issues to management when necessary. Process payments efficiently and provide guests with receipts.

• Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Availability to work Days, Nights, Weekends, and Holidays
