Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales and enhance guest experiences Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and integrity Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Ensure guest relations are positive by responding promptly to requests and resolving issues professionally Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience, including fine dining or nightclub environments preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and sales tracking Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask effectively while managing time in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety protocols Experience with food preparation, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, or cashiering is a plus Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not required Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items and provide memorable guest experiences Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
