Duties Greet guests warmly in both English and Spanish, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing transactions efficiently and correctly Provide detailed menu descriptions, including wine and spirits knowledge, to assist guests in making informed choices Upsell menu items and suggest pairings to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of beverage service, cocktail presentation, and food handling safety Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately while processing payments and issuing receipts Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations; assist with food preparation when needed Foster positive guest relations through attentive service, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction Qualifications Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages Previous food service experience in fine dining or casual restaurant settings is highly preferred Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper beverage handling procedures Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience with wine knowledge, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Excellent math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service and guest relations in diverse settings such as nightclubs or hospitality venues Join our team where your energy fuels memorable moments!
