Server/Cashier

Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process payments efficiently with POS systems Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including bussing tables and assisting with sanitation protocols Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed in a fast-paced environment Ensure food safety standards are met through proper food handling and sanitation practices Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, concerns, or special requests promptly Support team members during busy hours to ensure smooth restaurant operations Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing tabs Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation procedures in the food industry Experience with food handling, food preparation, or kitchen support is a plus Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required Join us to deliver memorable dining experiences by combining your passion for hospitality with your skills in serving and cashiering.
