Approximately 40 hours worked in 3.5 days Weekend availability is required About the Position Bustronome NYC LLC is looking for friendly, energetic, hardworking, and professional Waiters / Servers to join our team in Bogota, NJ. This is a full-time hospitality position with a condensed workweek of approximately 40 hours over 3.5 days . Applicants must be comfortable working longer shifts and be available on weekends. In addition to the hourly wage, employees receive tips . Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service Take food and beverage orders accurately Serve food and beverages Set up and prepare dining and service areas Clear and reset tables Maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the shift Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, and removing trash Clean and maintain exterior areas and surfaces as part of regular opening, closing, and maintenance duties Assist with thorough cleaning before and after service Work closely with the kitchen and other team members Help provide guests with an excellent overall dining experience What We're Looking For Friendly and professional attitude Reliable and punctual Strong customer service skills Weekend availability Willing to perform both serving and cleaning duties, including exterior cleaning Comfortable working longer shifts Able to work in a fast-paced environment Able to stand and move for extended periods Previous waiter/server or restaurant experience preferred Compensation & Schedule $16.50 per hour + tips Approximately 40 hours per week worked over 3.5 days .
