Job Description
Expo / Food Runner We're looking for a reliable, hard-working Expo/Food Runner to join our team at Skratch Kitchen. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is happy to get involved in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. What you'll be doing: Running food quickly and accurately from the kitchen to guests. Expediting orders and making sure every dish is presented correctly before it leaves the pass. Working closely with chef, line cooks, and servers to keep service running smoothly. Helping with food prep, plating, and keeping kitchen stations stocked when needed. Supporting the back of house with cleaning, organizing, restocking, and general kitchen duties. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout service. We're looking for someone who: Works well under pressure and enjoys a fast-paced environment. Has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Is a team player who's willing to jump in wherever needed. Has previous restaurant experience, especially in a back-of-house or kitchen support role (preferred but not essential).
