Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and experienced Server to join our dynamic hospitality team! As a key member of our Tavern, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service to a customers. Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, offering recommendations based on their preferences and our offerings. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or SpotOn, ensuring timely processing of sales transactions. Serve food and drinks with professionalism, including cocktail service, wine pouring, spirits knowledge, and beverage presentation. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales revenue. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all serving areas, adhering to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. Process cash and credit card payments accurately while balancing cash drawers at shift end. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly to guarantee a positive dining experience. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in dining or nightclub/bar settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, SpotOn , or similar platforms for efficient order processing. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking between serving tables, processing transactions, and maintaining cleanliness.
