Job Description:

We are currently seeking reliable, punctual, respectful, courteous, hospitable, and friendly individuals to join our team as Waitstaff, Servers, and Team Members. As a member of our restaurant staff, you will play a vital role in creating a positive dining experience for our guests. Your exceptional customer service skills and dedication to providing outstanding service will contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation Provide menu recommendations and answer questions regarding ingredients and preparation methods Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and quality Monitor and anticipate guest needs, responding promptly and ensuring satisfaction Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and escalate when necessary Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including tables, chairs, and dining utensils Assist in setting up tables and performing side work tasks as assigned Cooperate with all team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment Maintain high menu knowledge.

Requirements:

Previous experience in the food service industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong multitasking and time management abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations is a plus Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds If you are a motivated and dedicated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we would love to hear from you.
