The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about the food industry, hospitality, and delivering memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation quality. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and sales. Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments via POS or cashiering systems. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations, including bussing and sanitation duties. Assist with food handling, food preparation, and ensuring food safety standards are met. Address guest inquiries promptly, resolve issues courteously, and foster guest relations to promote repeat business. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders in fine dining or nightclub settings. Support host/host duties during busy periods as needed. Skills Experience with POS systems such as Toast POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly preferred. Prior restaurant experience, including fine dining or nightclub environments, is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and hospitality. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours. Ability to upsell menu items effectively to increase sales opportunities. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques. Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy. Experience in serving, bussing tables, or host/host roles enhances suitability for this position. Familiarity with the food industry standards for hospitality and guest services is desirable.
