Your culinary knowledge and customer service skills will shine as you handle food preparation, operate POS systems, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your food industry expertise while working in a fast-paced, energetic environment that values teamwork and positive energy. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Lavu Assist in food preparation and ensure food safety standards are maintained at all times Process cash and card transactions efficiently while managing cash register operations Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with sanitation standards Support food handling procedures, including bussing tables and ensuring a tidy dining environment Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is preferred Knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and retail math calculations Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one prior to employment Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours Food industry experience including serving, bussing, sanitation, and food handling is highly desirable Embark on a rewarding journey with us where your energy fuels exceptional guest experiences!
