Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments through POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning service areas, and adhering to food safety regulations Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to manage time efficiently during busy service hours with excellent multitasking skills Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and sanitation standards Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, or hosting/hostess duties is a plus Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations Hospitality background with a focus on guest relations and sales techniques like upselling Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us to be part of a dynamic team where your enthusiasm makes every guest feel valued!
